ARTIST STATEMENT

This series of jewellery and drawings stems from a love of form and a love of mark making. There are no bold statements to be made, no analysis personal or otherwise, just the pursuit of creating.

The work tries to be as unforced as possible. Just a natural and instinctive response to pen and paper or to file and wax, without a care for mistakes or ugliness. So in the end there remains a series of work where a little creative control and a few conscious decisions had to be made.
